Unqualified PIRATES who pretend to be Estate Agents are liable to GO TO PRISON !!!

It is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE punishable by IMPRISONMENT and/or a fine, for anyone who pretends, directly or indirectly, to be an Estate Agent UNLEES he has an OFFICIAL CYPRUS LICENCE, which all his clients have the right to inspect in his office. The Cyprus Government made this Law to the benefit of the property buyers.
